Infrastructure Improvement

The 45th Ward has prioritized updating infrastructure. Over $14 million has been invested to address long-overlooked or ignored issues that impact property values. That money has come from Aldermanic Menu Funds, TIF, and county funds. Our streets, alleys, and sidewalks are receiving the attention they deserve and residents are benefitting from those efforts.
